Brasstracks have shared the latest cut from their forthcoming Good Love EP following the unveiling of the project’s Jay Prince-featuring title-track last month.
Telling The Truth, which continues Brasstracks’ uplifting twist on modern-day urbanism, hears the US duo hook up with frequent-collaborator Lido, alongside soul vocalist FatherDude, on a song that’s as mood-boosting as it is exhilarating. If this is what the next wave of specialist music sounds like, then we couldn’t be more excited by ‘future brass’ and the raw energy it delivers.
