Malian singer Rokia Traoré and Congan band Mbongwana Star are the latest names to be added to this summer’s Glastonbury Festival line-up.
Though still to be confirmed by Glastonbury organisers themselves, multiple listings on Songkick have displayed both appearances, with Mbongwana Star set to perform Worthy Farm on Saturday 25th June. A set day has yet to be announced for Rokia Traoré, mind.
Both appointments continue Glastonbury’s continued support for the best in world music (something that many regular visitors appreciate as the perfect opportunity to broaden their musical horizons).
