Following yesterday’s teaser-reveal of this summer’s Glastonbury line-up, organiser Emily Eavis has spoken to BBC 6Music to spill the beans on what’s in store for arguably one of the biggest weekends in the global festival calendar.
First-up, Eavis has confirmed that the full lineup will be announced in April, which will be good news for those future-planners. The interview also teased that there would be several “personal and lovely” tributes to David Bowie, alongside screenings of some of the late singer’s previous Glastonbury sets onsite, on either the Wednesday or Thursday. Emily has also promised “many other surprises” across the festival weekend.
