Last year’s acclaimed Daft Punk documentary has been confirmed for its debut airing on UK TV next week.
Daft Punk Unchained, which charts the rise of the French duo, will be shown on BBC Four next Friday (19th February) at 10pm, ombining rare archive footage alongside exclusive interviews with some of their well-known collaborators (including Nile Rodgers, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and more).
The feature-film also zooms in on their 2006 Coachella performance, an historical event which saw Daft Punk break into the mainstream as their 10,000-capacity show became overruled by over 40,000 fans – that night also became known as one of the “greatest live shows of all time”.
