Today (4th February) marks World Cancer Day, a time when the world comes together to drive further awareness and encourage further prevention for the terrible disease that unfortunately marks its toll on many.
Clearly one of those affected is George The Poet, who has shared his ode to a loved one lost by cancer in Dawn Of A New Day, and it’s as powerful and as eye-opening as we’d expect from George – someone who just manages to grasp every emotion that one would experience at some point in their lifetime, and express it to the masses through his poetic commentary.
Educating listeners about looking after themselves, alongside raising money for others, Dawn Of A New Day is one that will not only pull at the heartstrings but actually one that’ll encourage you to look to help further.
