Video: Lapsley – ‘Falling Short’ (Live on Stephen Colbert)

Following the announcement of her anticipated debut album Long Way Home, Lapsley has taken a trip Stateside, delivering a crowd-stopping performance of her gorgeous Falling Short on Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show.

Though the track’s almost two years old, US audiences are less-aware of the singer than us British fans – Falling Short therefore remains, like its Station predecessor, a perfect introduction to the Liverpudlian’s beautiful lo-fi electronic abilities.
