Axl Rose and Slash, alongside the rest of Guns N’ Roses, are set to reunite next year, with a headline slot at California’s Coachella reportedly confirmed.

According to Billboard (who cite “multiple sources”), the group will hit the iconic desert festival on both April weekend, whilst a North American tour is also expected to be announced imminently.

It’s been over 20 years since Axl Rose and Slash last performed together, with various disagreements between the pair leading to a long-term dispute. It seems however that the duo have now buried the hatchet.

Initial rumours of the full reformation of Guns N’ Roses started to seep through the cracks a couple of months ago, with many hoping for a headline show at next summer’s Glastonbury, however it’s likely Coachella have nipped the reunion for this time around.

Expect official word from both Guns N’ Roses and Coachalla over the coming days – the rest of the Coachella 2016 linuep is also likely to hit by the end of January.
