As anticipation for their upcoming album Colour Theory mounts up, Submotion Orchestra have shared the project’s lead cut, Kimono.
Unveiled yesterday, Kimono sets the theme for the new record, and hears the 7-piece explore further into electronica, as such delivering tones not far removed from the likes of Zero 7 and The xx.
Colour Theory, which will see Submotion hook up with the likes of Royce Wood Jr and Ed Thomas, lands in February; meanwhile you can grab a listen to Kimono below – the song’s also available as an instant grat-track when you preorder the new album:
