Ahead of next month’s release of her anticipated album This Is Acting, Sia has taken to The X Factor to perform the record’s lead single Alive.
Originally written in partnership with (and for) Adele, Alive has been described as a song “about Adele’s life”, written in her perspective for her third album 25, however rejected during the final tracklisting (the cut was also rejected by Rihanna, remarkably).
