BBC Music has announced the longlist for those who they believe will hit the big-time over the course of the next 12 months.
Compiled by a panel over almost 150 industry experts, the BBC’s ‘Sound of….’ poll has paved the way for some stratospheric careers, with previous winners including HAIM, Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding and Adele.
As a teaser, we’re also happy to confirm that some of those included in the Sound of 2016 longlist also make up Stagedoor FM’s very own 16 For 2016: Ones To Watch, which will be revealed over the course of the next month.
