Last week, Adele made her hopes of a Drake collaboration known, stressing in a US interview that “I really want us to do an official remix. I love Drake. I love Drake so much”. Talking about a potential tie-up on Hotline Bling, all’s remained quiet from Drake’s side, until now that is.
Speaking to Canadian media on Wednesday, Drizzy replied “I’d do anything with Adele… I’d literally go to Adele’s house right now and do laundry for her.”
Adele’s initial comments went global after announcing her wish a little over a week back, and even led to Drake posting a cartoon on his Instagram as a response (below).
The only thing keeping it from happening? Well Adele is currently on the promo run for her hugely-successful 25 – here’s hoping both powerhouses can find time to create some magic, and pronto too!
