London-based trio Ritual have shared the closing track from their From the City to the Wilderness EP, bringing along Delilah for the gorgeous Too Deep.
There’s something incredibly-interesting about Ritual – they seem to fall into a genre where there’s limited competition (moody/lo-fi-electro has been kinda left in the hands of Maribou State over the years), however in that respect, it gives them the perfect opportunity to get their music heard by the masses. No track was ever going to top Josephine (in our eyes the strongest cut from the aforementioned project), but Too Deep gives it a bloody good stab.
Heck, with Ritual and Maribou State leading the pack, the UK once again shows how it can outshine pretty much any other global market when it comes to future-based electronica.
