Video: Skepta freestyles across Travis Scott’s ‘Flying High’

Skepta made his debut on Pharrell’s Beats 1 OTHERtone show last night, giving the N*E*R*D frontman a glimpse into his deserved success growth over the past couple of years.

“It’s important to me to always uplift people” Skepta told Pharrell, alongside co-host Scott Vener, adding “When I get a chance to shine light on someone and say ‘Yeah, you are amazing at what you do.’ I don’t see why I wouldn’t do that.”

Admirable words by the grime MC, who, alongside his interview, also graced Pharrell and Vener a slick freestyle across Travis Scott’s Rodeo cut, Flying High.

Cop a listen/watch below; you can catch the full episode (which also features an insightful interview with Jamie Woon), over on Beats 1, here.
