Following the record sell-out of 15,000 coach passes earlier in the week, the remaining ticket allocation for 2016’s Glastonbury Festival have now all gone too, ticket-seller SeeTickets have confirmed.
Once again going onsale at 9am this morning, it is expected some two-million users logged on in an attempt to reserve the remaining 120,000 tickets.
Those who were not so fortunate as to secure tickets should lay their hopes on the resale next year – historically additionally batches of tickets go back on the market some two months before the event as punters who originally bagged their chance to attend Glastonbury Festival fail to pay balances and/or request ticket refunds.
Glastonbury Festival 2016 runs from Wednesday 22nd and Sunday 26th June, and as per previous years, tickets have been snapped-up without any prior knowledge of any performers.
