Lady Leshurr has shown this evening why she plays such a pivotal role in the UK rap & grime scene, delivering her spectacular new track Million Views.
Continuing on from the strength of her fast-becoming-iconic Queen’s Speech 4, Million Views hears Leshurr pay homage to the aforementioned track, after the Queen’s Speech 4 visual garnered one million views within a week. There’s further elements of the MC’s ‘tongue-in-cheekness’ thrown into Million Views; a theme that seems to be all-too-rare in the scene, (surprising seeing as how humour has been the common basis for Britain throughout the ages).
We’re massively hyped for what’s to come in Lady Leshurr’s camp – with her Mad Ting tour kicking off at the end of the month (tickets available here), plus another EP on the way, AND an album hopefully landing next year, Lady Leshurr’s music isn’t just awareness-driving, it’s hugely-exciting too, and that’s exactly what music should be about.
