Audio: 19Hundred – ‘Oh Boy’ (Ft. Daze)

London-based duo 19Hundred have shared their impressive debut cut, Oh Boy, following the huge success of their Adele bootleg a few months back.

Featuring Mausi’s former lead singer Daisy Finetto (aka DAZE) on vocal duties, 19Hundred delivered further mystery about themselves, saying “The music industry is fucked up. Everything is disposable. We want to bring back the wonder and mystery to music…”.

Quite…

Well, the song itself is brilliant – Oh Boy sounds like a hark back to early-2000s UKG, with some added bass drops thrown in for 2015-measure. Finetto’s vocals sound absolutely gorgeous, and the distortions 19Hundred have subtly placed help boost the track to further excitement-levels.

We genuinely can’t stop playing this one – Oh Boy may have missed the ‘summer banger’ realm, but trust us, you’ll be hearing this a LOT over the coming months.
