It’s fairly frequent in ‘music-festival-land’ that an artist would come onstage and surprise fans one-way-or-another; however Labrinth’s show on the opening day of 2015’s V Festival delivered a surprise meant for just one person.
During his set at Hylands Park, Labrinth popped the question to his long-term girlfriend Muz right on stage. Asking his better half onstage midway through the show, Lab then preceded to get down on one knee, and, well, the rest is history.
Muz said yes, obviously!
After the set, Labrinth took to his official Instagram to share a picture of the moment, saying “Proposed to my lady @its_muzzy at #Vfest thanks for making this such a memorable moment in my life I love you x”.
