With two stunning EPs already under his belt, Jack Garratt has become one of those modern-day artists whose acclaim has been seemingly supported by the modern world’s ideology of ‘listen and share’ – his heavy presence on Soundcloud delivers a strong rationale for this success (one reason as to why we’re having such a hard time understanding labels’ disregard of the site), and whilst still yet to release any form of full length-album, Garratt continually manages to pop out sensational music.
Over the weekend, the artist/producer shared Rationale’s edit of Weathered – an unrushed and unhurried approach to the original, though still impactful in its own right.
Grab a listen below; Weathered is out now via the iTunes / Apple Music link – meanwhile Garratt’s anticipated debut record is rumoured to land early next year.
