Lauryn Hill made an almost career-defining performance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show last night, delivering a spellbinding rendition of Nina Simone’s iconic Feeling Good.
Re-recorded by the former Fugees-frontwoman for the recent Nina Revisited tribute album, the live performance saw Hill start a capella, with her band throwing across a powerful instrumental a minute-or-so in; coupled with tingling assistance from her backing vocals, this one may undoubtedly go down as one of Lauryn’s finest live performances to-date.
