Back in May, Tough Love unveiled their new single Pony, which saw the British house duo hook up with Ginuwine and reinvigorate some fresh 2015 blood into the latter’s iconic 90s cut.
Since then, the now-retitled Pony (Jump On It) has seen some pretty varied remixes flow into the sphere, most recently thanks to two separate edits from Kove and DJ Q.
Today, we’re proud to deliver the world premiere of the latest interpretation of the track, courtesy of progressive/electro-house new-kid-on-the-block Leon Lour. The producer (who’s already received props by way of Eton Messy and Toyboy & Robin) still may be a relative newcomer within the scene, however his might is evident in this refreshing remix – so-much-so that this actually feels it could have fit in well within Lour’s own The Blue EP from earlier this year.
It’s bouncy, as one would expect from the ‘original’, whilst Leon seems to add deeper elements of club vibes that wholly supports Tough Love’s initial take.
Take a listen to Leon Lour’s full Pony (Jump On It) remix below; this is massively tight! The full Pony (Jump On It) remix package lands on 14th August and can be preordered via the iTunes link:
