As the release-date for their upcoming sophomore album We The Generation creeps ever-closer, Rudimental have debuted one of the new record’s inclusions, the silky jazz/DnB-crossover Love Ain’t Just A Word.
Reintroducing Anne-Marie on the track (responsible for featured vocals on the song’s predecessor Rumour Mill), Love Ain’t Just A Word also sees an appearance by Dizzee Rascal, marking the first time the MC has worked with the Rudimental lads. In fact, Love Ain’t Just A Word may well be some of the strongest bars we’ve heard from Dizzee in a long time – “…and I love this music industry but though I know it couldn’t be faker” he spits, as he opens into a pretty intense ramble about his appreciation for everything in life.
