Those closely-tied to London’s emerging bass scene should be no strangers to Stripes Records. As one of the spearheaders of house and bass (plus all that sits in-between), Stripes’ repertoire have seen impressive growth over the past couple of years, and that’s been championed thanks to the label’s general love for music.
With a background led from the emergence of grime way back before it was even a ‘thing’ (we’re talking 2002-vibes!), Stripes is the brainchild of True Tiger’s Stanza, and since the imprint’s formation, has seen signings from the likes of Spoils, Monkey Wrench, Mystry and Klose One, amongst others. It’s the aforementioned that are taking part in Stripes’ inaugural Boiler Room session, which you can stream at the top of this post.
