In a UK festival exclusive, Missy Elliott has been confirmed as the headliner for Bestival’s Sunday night closure.
Arguably one of the greatest artists of all time (subjective of course, but we’re huge fans here), Missy’s appearance will mark her first UK show in 9 years.
Speaking of the announcement, the rapper said “I’m very excited to be performing at Bestival this year! I can’t wait to see all my fans I haven’t seen in some time… new ones and my day one fans! We are gonna have a blast together! Bring your dancing outfits and kicks!”
Missy Elliott will join previously-announced headliners Underworld, Duran Duran and the Chemical Brothers.
