Following her recent No.1 single Hold My Hand, Jess Glynne has announced her debut album I Cry When I Laugh.
Set to land later this summer, I Cry When I Laugh will see two releases, a 14-track ‘standard’ version, alongside an iTunes Exclusive Deluxe package, the latter featuring 20 tracks, including Glynne’s huge collaborations with Clean Bandit (Rather Be) and Route 94 (My Love).
Whilst the record is predominately a solo effort, I Cry When I Laugh sees one featured collaborator, and if you’re going to feature someone, you may as well bring along one of the best in the business. Saddest Vanilla, one of I Cry When I Laugh‘s closing tracks, will see a duet with Emeli Sande, herself currently locked away in the studio as she prepares to drop her sophomore studio collection.
I Cry When I Laugh lands on 14th August, and in celebration of the new record, Glynne has unveiled an acoustic performance of her aforementioned Route 94-collaboration, My Love – the audio of this will appear on the iTunes Deluxe Edition of the project.
