Lianne La Havas has excited her legions of fans (alongside the UK’s blogosphere) by announcing her anticipated new record, Blood.
Set to drop later this summer, Blood follows-on from 2012’s delectable debut Is Your Love Big Enough?, and marks a return for the Camdenite following her side-ventures with Prince over the past 18 months (as well as her wonderful collaboration with Aqualung on Eggshells late last year).
The first cut from Blood has yet to be announced, however we wouldn’t be surprised if the lead single was unveiled as imminently as the album’s announcement itself. In the meantime, hit the iTunes/Amazon links to preorder Blood in full; the new collection lands on 31st July.
Additionally, La Havas will be returning to Glastonbury for the third time this summer, likely to be the first major showcase for the all-new material. During her 2014 stint, the singer also debuted new track Ghost from the project; catch that performance below:
