Following her London showcase earlier this week, Leona Lewis has confirmed she has been snapped up by Def Jam, as she prepares to relaunch her career both in the UK and the US.
Lewis, who parted ways with Syco back last year, is now signed to Island Records in the UK, however confirmed the US news on her official Instagram account this evening.
The announcement comes hot on the heels as Leona prepares to drop her new studio album I Am later in the summer – the record’s lead single Fire (Under My Feet) is also expected to land imminently.
