Following on from the track’s initial premiere at their exclusive intimate gig at the start of the month, Florence & The Machine have unveiled St Jude, the second track to be lifted off Welch’s upcoming studio album, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.
It’s unconfirmed whether the sultry track will appear as an official single (it would seem an unlikely occurrence seeing as the downbeat track seems to go against Florence’s previous big, brash repertoire, but stranger things have happened in the music landscape).
Take a listen to St Jude below; Florence and The Machine are widely-tipped for an appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival, however a headline slot has previously been ruled out by organiser Emily Eavis.
