Spotify have revealed Beyonce as the most-streamed female artist by women, as the world-over celebrates International Women’s Day.
Announcing the news earlier today, Spotify confirmed that Beyonce’s 2013 surprise self-titled LP has so far garnered over 1 billion streams to date, whilst Rihanna still retains the title as most-streamed female artist by both genders, globally. Spotify have also announced Katy Perry as the female artist most-streamed by men, with Ellie Goulding and Lana Del Rey in second and third places.
