Before Ed Sheeran became ‘international-powerhouse Ed Sheeran’, he teamed up with Artful (aka Mark Hill, aka one half of Artful Dodger) for Could Just Be The Bassline, a stripped-back 2-step soulful wonder that notoriously became hard to find again once Sheeran hit sky-rocket fame.
Re-recorded back in 2011 with Sheeran’s pal Kal Lavelle, Artful has once again revisited the original, injecting the cut with a slice of house as the producer prepares for his SXSW showcase later this month.
