So, it’s official – Kanye West has confirmed the name of his forthcoming seventh studio album. Taking to Twitter just after midnight (PST), West announced So Help Me God as the new project’s title, the follow-up to 2013’s experimental record, Yeezus.
Whilst Kanye has previously mentioned the collection is still “only 80% complete”, the rapper has recently been stepping up the PR trail, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see something land on iTunes fairly-imminently.
West also revealed what could well be So Help Me God‘s new album cover:
So far, four tracks have been unveiled from the project – Only One, FourFiveSeconds, Wolves, and All Day – expect more to appear over the next few weeks. In the meantime, watch Kanye’s BRIT Awards performance of All Day, below:
