As Annie Mac gears up for her final appearance on tonight’s ‘Musical Hot Water Bottle’ Radio 1 show, we decided to pay homage to the presenter, and drummed up a playlist of some of the greatest tracks we believe she’s brought prominence to over the past few years.
For those unacquainted with the ‘Radio 1 changes’, Mac will hand over the reigns of her coveted Sunday evening shows to Phil Taggart as of next week (1st March), whilst the presenter gears up to take the place of Zane Lowe, who leaves after over a decade at the station (full story here).
That’s all we really have to say; we’re of course massively excited at what Phil Taggart will be doing with the show after he takes the helm, so the changes are of course, bittersweet.
