Following on from the debut of his new single Coupe de Ville a fortnight back (which is still on constant rotation here), TCTS has unveiled his official remix of Years and Years’ latest release, King.
Premiered by Annie Mac earlier this evening, TCTS turns the pop-led track into a thumping house cut, chopping and skewing lead singer Olly Alexander’s vocals to give the song a more progressive dancefloor stance. The chorus takes an uplifting turn, culminating in an overall wonderful edit. By right, TCTS proves why he’s one to watch on this one (alongside his continually strong previous output of the aforementioned Coupe de Ville as well as his 2014 Games EP). A smart revisit that’s as captivating as the original.
