South London-based producer Romare has unveiled the beautifully-crafted Prison Blues, a new cut from his upcoming debut album Projections.
Already acclaimed by the likes of Gilles Peterson and 6Music, Romare lets loose some enchanting lo-fi/alt-beats with Prison Blues – almost close to the likes of Mr Scruff et al, and sets a strong introduction of what’s to be expected by his new collection.
Whilst it may not be a ‘dancefloor’-induced piece, Prison Blues is one that’ll ultimately get your head nodding and foot tapping and whisk you away into an unchartered trip into your own inner universe.
