British MOBO Award-nominated femcee Little Simz has unveiled her official remix of MNEK’s new single The Rhythm.
Premiered moments ago by both artists themselves on Mistajam’s 1Xtra show, the new edit hears Simz lay down some impressive bars during both the intro, and toward the second chorus – nothing overtly-different, but with a track so solid as the original, we suppose only subtle changes are a good thing.
The Rhythm is widely-expected to appear on MNEK’s upcoming debut album (which we hope will land at some point this year *keeps fingers-crossed*). Meanwhile, the track itself drops on iTunes on 15th March – hit the link to preorder, and stream the song in full below:
