It’s taken almost two years, but finally Modestep have returned with all-new material, and a tour.
Their brand new track Snake (premiered via UKF), sees the group preview their new direction, focusing more on electro-rock versus their previous dubstep efforts from their early material – clearly a new focus following the arrival of two new band members.
Snake essentially is as close to a rival to The Prodigy as you could probably get nowadays, plus it’s been debuted as a free download (which you can cop by entering your email address in the Unlock FM widget, below).
Additionally, to coincide with their new material, Modestep have also announced a string of March 2015 UK dates. Tickets for their brief tour go on presale this Wednesday (21st January) via Ticketmaster UK with a general release following two days later. Click here for more info.
Meanwhile you can stream Snake following Modestep’s full tour schedule, below:
Mon March 9 – Gorilla, Manchester Gorilla
Tue March 10 – O2 ABC2, Glasgow
Wed March 11 – XOYO, London
Fri March 13 – O2 Academy 2, Birmingham
