Unknown producer Crystals has shared his mesmerising electronic remix of Kiesza’s 2014 hit, Hideaway.
Featuring some smart vocal manipulations, Crystals’ edit hears some clear inspiration from Dutch house (think along the lines of Oliver Heldens / Gecko on this one).
Hideaway in its original-form may be around a year old, however Crystals has reinvigorated the song once again with this reinterpretation. More from Crystals is expected this year (the track comes complete with a note saying “this is just a little taster in what he has to offer”); with his Hideaway remix just a starter then we’re excited to hear what else is in the pipeline.
