Following his nomination alongside Years and Years and George The Poet, James Bay has been crowned the latest recipient to win the coveted BRITS Critic’s Choice Award for 2015.
Bay, whose latest EP Hold Back the River led him to win a host of fans from the music world (including Hozier and Taylor Swift), will now follow in the long-line of successful Critic’s Choice winners, including Jessie J, Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding and Adele, all of which have gone on to lead stellar international careers and path the way for British talent as a formidable export.
