Sam Smith welcomed Ed Sheeran onstage earlier in the week, to perform Smith’s huge hit, Stay With Me.
Taking to Manchester’s Albert Hall on Tuesday, Sheeran took the place of Mary J Blige who has often joined Smith onstage to surprise fans; Ed’s appearance undoubtedly got the crowd excited, with screams being heard all across the venue.
Just witnessing the two onstage together is just one example of how exciting the UK industry is at the moment, exporting some of the finest talent across the globe.
