Thursday 30th October 2014 will go down as a huge night in the UK scene for music… whilst electro fans raced to Camden’s KOKO for the first night of Porter Robinson’s WORLDS tour, or flocked to Shepherds Bush Empire for Jungle’s opening set, a pretty-major event took place further west of London.
Last night, 20,000 fans descended on Earls Court for Red Bull’s annual Culture Clash, for an evening full of some of the biggest sounds to date (and fortunately, the sounds that we at Stagedoor FM champion the most). From the likes of grime, DnB, reggae and hip-hop, four of the biggest groups in their respective fields graced the stage for the event, now in its fourth year.
With MCs and DJs all over the joint, it was up to BBK, Rebel Sound, Stone Love, and A$AP to battle it out as supreme. Over the next few pages, we’ll be showing you the various clashes, so hold tight… this is big!
