Following on from takes by Icarus, TC, Joe Goddard, and, most recently, Just Kiddin, Becky Hill has shared Grades’ new remix of her upcoming debut single Losing.
Taking the track more progressive than the other envisions, Grades flips the pop/R&B-inspired track into a thumping deep-house cut, taking sheer inspiration from the early days of UKG, throwing in some smart vocal manipulations. The producer seems to be hard-at-work with bringing back the genre, particularly seen in his latest own work on the brilliant Crocodile Tears (available to stream here).
