British poduction duo Dusky (aka Londoners Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman) have unveiled Yoohoo, the second release on their own label, 17 Steps.
Set for release next month, Yoohoo falls part of a double-release, also featuring the B-side, Akebono.
Full of euphoric piano-led beats, Yoohoo adds further elements of deep, progressive house, with some almost acid-house thrown in for good measure. This is straight back to the 90s-dancefloor!
The unveiling of Yoohoo also coincides with the announcement of Dusky’s headline London gig next Spring – tickets for their All Night Long set at The Laundry in East London, go on sale next week from their official website (here). In the meantime, stream Yoohoo below:
