Watch One Direction, Lorde, Pharrell, Emeli Sande and more in BBC’s star-studded #LoveBBCMusic campaign

The BBC confirmed their continued support to the future of music this evening, unveiling their ‘Love BBC Music’ campaign across their whole network.

Featuring 27 artists, including One Direction, Pharrell, Emeli Sande, Elton John, Lorde, Florence Welch, Kylie Mingoue, Stevie Wonder, Jamie Cullum, Paloma Faith and more, the stars performed a rendition of The Beach Boys’ 1966 hit God Only Knows, reminiscent of the network’s 1997 Children in Need campaign, where a host of big-name artists covered Lou Reed’s iconic Perfect Day.

The clip also features the song’s original writer and creator, Brian Wilson, and as per the 1997 example, the track will be once again used to support this year’s Children In Need. God Only Knows will hit iTunes later this evening (link to follow).

Catch the full 3-minute long clip below.
