In preparation for the new record’s release next month, soul queen Mary J Blige has unveiled Nobody But You, the fourth cut from her anticipated The London Sessions album.
Premiered moments ago by Zane Lowe, Nobody But You hears production by UK Garage legend MJ Cole, alongside co-writing efforts between Blige, Jimmy Napes and Sam Smith (Smith who also provides backing vocals on the track). With a team like this, it’s no wonder Lowe declared Nobody But You as his ‘Hottest Record In The World’.
The London Sessions, which lands on 24th November, has had the industry whetting its appetites since its announcement earlier in the year, and hears Mary J collaborate with the cream of British talent, including Emeli Sande, Naughty Boy, Disclosure, Sam Smith and more.
“It’s all about the London Music scene and I’m so excited to have been part of it, to record my album,” says Blige. “The songs are fun, therapeutic and soulful. This is a beautiful change for me and I’m proud of what we have done here.”
