One of the surprising (yet also unsurprising) hits of the year was undoubtedly Hippie Sabotage’s ‘Habits’ remix of Tove Lo’s Stay High, providing listeners with an enchanting chilled-electronica sound, that brought both Tove Lo and the Hippie Sabotage brothers into global prominence.
Well now, the Hippies have unveiled another sublime remix, in the form of newcomer Grace Mitchell’s Broken Over You. The original’s been floating around for a few weeks now, but Hippie Sabotage add some cool synths in to up the game in this subtle reimagining.
It may not be a dancefloor filler, but that’s not what Hippie Sabotage are about – they take fucking cool songs and make them even fucking cooler.
