New music: High Contrast & Clare Maguire channel 90s-house with ‘Who’s Loving You (Part 1)’

Following the un-sequential unveiling of the second part last month, Welsh D&B producer High Contrast has dropped the first chapter of Who’s Loving You, a proven partnership with Clare Maguire.

Landing next month, Who’s Loving You (Part 1) hears a sublime hark back to 90s vocal-house, a winning-formula multiple British producers seem to be inspired by of late. There’s definitely an element of Brand New Machine-esque Chase and Status with this one!

Maguire’s vocals, meanwhile, add further credence of the pre-millenium genre, almost likening her powerhouse tones to that of Kathy Brown, amongst others. The collaboration is bang on, and once you get into it, boy, you’ll never want Who’s Loving You to end!

Stream below; both parts 1&2 of Who’s Loving You drop on 29th September:
