Radio 1 announce ‘Even More Music’ month, ft Kwabs, Ed Sheeran, FKA Twigs and more

Radio 1 have announced their plans for September’s ‘Even More Music Month’, showcasing 30 Live Lounge performances across 30 consecutive days.

Kicking off on Monday 1 September, when Kasabian will perform in Radio 1’s Live Lounge during Fearne Cotton’s show, there will be live music on Radio 1 every day of the month, including weekends.

Throughout September, the station will showcase its breadth of musical content with Live Lounges from 5 Seconds Of Summer, Maroon 5, The Script, Paolo Nutini, Lana Del Rey, Sam Smith, Labrinth, Duke Dumont, George Ezra, Ben Howard, FKA Twigs, Mallory Knox, Kiesza, Joel Compass, Nick Mulvey, Ella Eyre, Lonely The Brave, Hozier, Jungle, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Marmozets, Ella Henderson, Kwabs, DJ Fresh with Ellie Goulding, Melissa Steel and Lower Than Atlantis. A Live Lounge performance from Ed Sheeran on 30th September will draw the station’s Even More Music Month to a close.
