Fresh from his new collaboration with Skepta, Blood Orange, aka acclaimed producer Dev Hynes, has shared his remix of Sia’s early 2014-hit Chandelier.
Hynes, whose work with the likes of Solange Knowles and Mutya Keisha Siobhan, has catapulted him into the spotlight over the past 18-months or so, sees an almost The Weeknd approach to his Chandelier remix; mysterious yet enigmatic at the same time. Essentially, Hynes has made the song into a track that wouldn’t seem out of place in his own body of work.
It’s unclear as to whether the Blood Orange remix of Chandelier will receive an official release, or whether it’s ‘one-of-those’ that’s for the online-only crowd.
