Listen to the studio version of The Flaming Lips’ cover of ‘Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds’, ft Miley Cyrus & Moby

Following last night’s surprising performance of The Beatles’ cover of drug-related anthem, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, The Flaming Lips, Miley Cyrus and Moby have unveiled the official studio version.

The song, premieres at last night’s Billboard Awards, sees an unusual take to the iconic 1967 track, taken from hit album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. The Flaming Lips’ cover will play part of the upcoming tribute release of the record, which also features MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden. The project, titled A Little Help From My Fwends, and curated by The Flaming Lips, is set for release way ahead in October.
