With their anticipated new album White Women set for release next week (13th May), it was inevitable some leaks of Chromeo’s latest project were going to take place…. we’re happy this one has.
The funk duo have teamed up with the youngest Knowles, Solange, for the wonderful Lost On The Way. It may not be as upbeat as, say, Come Alive, but Lost On The Way delivers strong cues back to the 80s, with subtle electro-synths galore. It’s a must-listen, and showcases Solange’s range perfectly too.
