Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe will join the likes of Norman Jay, Swim Deep, Fickle Friends and more as the first wave of acts confirmed for this summer’s FestiFeel.
The event, now in its fifth year, will see FestiFeel take over London Fields Brewery on Saturday 21st June in support of the CoppaFeel! charity, set up by Kristin Hallenga in 2009 following diagnosis of breast cancer.
Curated by Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton, the one-day festival will also pay host to East London’s finest WAH nail artists, vintage hair do’s, Glittermasque face art, a photobooth, as well as the
infamous popchips human vending machine…. Plus a BBQ too!
Of the event, Cotton said “It’s always fun asking bands to play at Festifeel because it’s an awesome day and it’s for a brilliant cause. Most of our acts are playing a busy summer of massive festivals, so it’s cool they’ve given up their time to play for CoppaFeel! before all that. It gives people an opportunity to see some big acts in an intimate setting – something Knowing your boobs could save your life.”
Tickets for FestiFeel are on sale now; head over to the official CoppaFeel! FestiFeel website here for more information. Check the so-far-announced lineup, below:
